After having our home on the market for 7 months with another realtor without 1 offer, and being advised to repeatedly drop the price, meeting and working with Melissa put an end to our nightmare. After raising the house price to bring it back to market value ,we had 3 strong offers in the first month of listing with Melissa. She was up front, clear ,concise, professional and most importantly believed in our property , which in turn sold it as the gem that it is.We cant say enough good things about working with Melissa and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Bought and sold a home in 2024.
We never plan to move again, but if we do, it will be with the Carton Renyolds Group! We love Melissa and Kristi, and cannot thank them enough for helping us purchase our dream home and selling our house in record time! We have lived in Basking Ridge for the past 10-years and love the towns charm and people. We loved our old house and were planning on staying there a few more years, despite outgrowing it after having two children. After an impromptu house tour in town, we fell in love with the property and knew we needed to move. Melissa guided us through the house selling process and was very informative. Our goal was to sell our house as quickly as possible. Melissa and Kristi helped strategize with us on staging, when to list, and when to have an open house to maximize views and to disrupt our lives as little as possible. In the days after our open house, we had a handful of offers, all at or above asking. We could not have been happier. Melissa is a wonderful human being who has your best interest at heart. Her strategy was spot on; without her expertise, we certainly wouldn’t have been able to buy and sell houses within 90 days!

This is our second time using Melissa as our realtor and it's hard to give her anything less than a 10/10 for her service. She knows the area inside and out, she's easy to get ahold of when you need her, and the team she has around her is phenomenal (especially Kristi who helped make things even easier). Having both Melissa and Kristi in our corner was an advantage that I don't think many have. If you are looking to buy a home I couldn't recommend a better realtor. I've worked with Melissa and her team twice now. First when we moved to North Jersey from Atlanta and second when I was looking for a home in challenging market times. The first time we basically had a weekend to find a house while relocating for work. Melissa was able to narrow the search down quickly and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. The second time I was looking during the craziest time ever to buy and looked for over a year to find the right house. Melissa and Kristi were very patient and helped me find my new home during a challenging time. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering buying or selling.
